fantasycricplay software is meant solely for personal entertainment. Commercial use is strictly prohibited. Users must not attempt to alter, reverse-engineer, or exploit the software in any unauthorized way. Use of automation tools or bots is also forbidden. All participation must be human-driven through the user interface.
Password Responsibility
After creating your account, it is your responsibility to keep your login credentials secure. Do not share your password with anyone. fantasycricplay is not responsible for unauthorized access resulting from shared credentials.
Eligibility and Jurisdiction
- Contests are only open to users aged 18 or above.
- Participants must reside in India at the time of entry.

Due to legal restrictions, residents of Assam, Andhra Pradesh, Telangana, Nagaland, and Sikkim are not allowed to participate in paid contests on fantasycricplay.
- Users must have a valid email address to register.
- Only registered users who have joined a contest before it starts are eligible to participate and win.
Breach and Consequences
If we determine a violation of our Terms has occurred, we may take one or more of the following actions:
- Restrict participation of users suspected of unfair practices.
- Permanently suspend your account.
- Forfeit the balance in your account.
- Pursue legal remedies including civil or criminal actions.
- Prohibit future registration on fantasycricplay.
Our decision in such matters is final and binding. These actions are taken to ensure the integrity and fairness of the platform.
Dispute Resolution and Governing Law
These Terms are governed by Indian law. Any disputes will be addressed in accordance with the Indian Arbitration and Conciliation Act, 1996.
Content Ownership
All content—text, graphics, visuals, game elements, and more—on fantasycricplay is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. Any communication or media shared by users may also be recorded and used by fantasycricplay as part of our content.

Contest Types

fantasycricplay offers two types of Fantasy Cricket contests:
- Public Contests: Open to all users without restriction. Participants can enter based on the specified participant count (e.g. 2, 5, 10, or 100 users).
- Public contests may be paid, and the winner is decided once the round ends. If not enough users join, the contest is canceled, and entry fees are fully refunded.
- Some are marked "Confirmed Contests"—these begin once the minimum number of winners is met, regardless of unfilled slots. Refunds are processed if the game still doesn’t begin by the match time.
- Participants may join confirmed contests up until all spots fill or until the match starts.
Private Contests

fantasycricplay allows users to create exclusive Fantasy Cricket challenges known as Private Contests. These are invitation-only contests where users can invite friends or select participants by sharing a unique Contest Code. Creators can set participation limits (e.g. 2, 3, 5, or 10 players), pay the entry fee, and name the contest. Once created, only the contest name may be changed.

Invited users must enter the provided Contest Code and pay the entry fee to join. The contest becomes active once the predefined participant count is met. If the required number isn’t reached within an hour of the match start, participants may choose to convert the Private Contest into a Public one. However, fantasycricplay does not guarantee that the contest will convert or fill up after conversion. If the minimum number is still unmet, all entry fees are fully refunded.

fantasycricplay is not responsible for missed participation in Private Contests due to device issues, ineligibility, or other limitations. Only eligible and timely participants can join.
Indemnification Policy
By using our platform and services, you agree to indemnify and hold fantasycricplay harmless against any loss, damage, or expense (including legal fees) arising from:
- Publishing any content that infringes intellectual property rights.
- Defamatory, offensive, or illegal actions by you or another user.
- Misuse or unauthorized access of your fantasycricplay account.
- Technical issues such as connection errors, data loss, or system attacks during your usage.
- Any unauthorized access using your login credentials.
GST Deduction Policy

A 28% Goods and Services Tax (GST) is applied to deposits. However, this amount is returned to your account as discount points, which you can use for contest entry.

- These discount points are credited instantly upon deposit.
- They remain valid for 90 days from the credit date. Unused points expire after this period.
- Points can be used for entry into contests and to cover related in-app expenses.
- If a match is canceled or abandoned, discount points used will be refunded back to your points wallet.
Governing Law & Jurisdiction
All terms, conditions, and privacy guidelines are governed by Indian law. Any disputes or legal matters arising from the use of our services will fall under the jurisdiction of courts located in New Delhi.

Refund Policy
All transactions made on fantasycricplay, including deposits, purchases, and participation fees, are considered final. We prioritize player satisfaction; therefore, only cases involving verifiable transaction errors will be reviewed.
If you notice an error in your transaction, please notify us within 3 business days. Upon review, if your claim is valid, we’ll initiate a refund within 7 business days. The credited amount will reflect in your registered bank account within 10 working days.
fantasycricplay reserves the right to cancel any contest or match at its sole discretion. If canceled, all associated entry fees will be refunded within 1–3 working days.
To ensure fairness, users are not permitted to join any game room once a match associated with that game room (series-based) has commenced.
All transactions and refund processes are handled securely through fantasycricplay, with no third-party involvement that could disrupt the user experience.

Score data used on fantasycricplay may be sourced from third-party providers. While we strive for accuracy, occasional discrepancies may arise. If detected, we aim to correct them before prize distribution. However, fantasycricplay is not liable for inaccuracies caused by third-party data.
The starting line-up feature is based on publicly available or sourced data and is only intended to assist users. Players are encouraged to conduct their own research. fantasycricplay is not responsible if a listed player doesn’t start.
